LLC "Complex energy services technologies" ("CESTECH" LLC) is an independent electric utility that provides a wide range of services in the field of energy supply and energy saving. Electricity supply
"CESTECH" LLC offers organizations to conclude a contract for the purchase of electricity at a fixed price. According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172, the price of electricity for legal entities is set for every hour of the day, depending on fluctuations in the wholesale price of electricity (capacity). We offer you to fix the prices for electricity, shifting to our organization all the risks associated with price fluctuations. Thus, you will be able to provide a transparent mechanism for forecasting the energy costs of your company.
Installation of electricity meters
Installation of updated multi-tariff electric meters (metering devices) - electrical measuring devices measuring the consumption of AC or DC electricity, provides your organization with significant savings. Our specialists will inspect your equipment free of charge and offer you the most efficient installation (replacement) of electric meters solutions.
Demand response services
Demand response is a mechanism for the paid reduction of electricity consumption at the request of aggregators. The amount of payment depends on the duration of the consumption reduction period, the volume of reduction and the number of reductions made by the client.

Renewable energy facilities development
CESTECH" LLC assists in the selection and preparation of sites for the construction of generation facilities based on renewable energy sources (RES). Our specialists will carry out all the work necessary to ensure the construction of a RES generation facility and prepare a project for participation in the auction for the DPM RES 2.0 - a state program within the framework of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2749-r dated October 24, 2020. This program provides for the provision of state guarantees to investors for the return of funds invested in the construction of renewable energy sources, as well as help prepare a project for participation in the auction for RES 2.0, a state program operating within the framework of Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2749-r dated October 24, 2020.
